The extruder core is a metal component that resists high temperatures, its function is to join the main elements of the extruder.

The larger hole on the side of the core is for the heater cartridge that has to be fixed with a grub screw (included). The hole that is located next to it, is for the thermistor.

The threaded bore located perpendicular to the other holes has metric M6. From one side, you have to insert the extruder barrel and from the other side the nozzle. Both components have to be joined and tightened in order to seal the duct and prevent leaks in the joint.

This nozzle is compatible with the Whitbox and Hephestos 2 printers from BQ, and the Ender printers.
