This cartridge is compatible with any nozzle with a hole of 6mm (diameter). It replaces the typical heater resistor, providing three major advantages:
• Already connected to an isolated cable
• Allows to remove the nozzle without disassembling the extruder
• Transfers heat much faster than a conventional resistance
The wires resists high temperatures, and are connected to the cartridge with flexible covers in order to protect the joints. The direct connection prevents the heater stop working in the middle of a print.
